Horrible customer service simply put. The last time I went, the online check in was not working, so I walked in. The board gave me a time of 15 minutes and I ended up waiting for over 35 minutes to get to the "next in line" status. It was another 5-10 minutes before I was actually seated getting my haircut. I tried to get in last night, but it went from a 50 minute wait at about 5pm to no longer accepting appointments in the matter of 5 minutes as I was logging in. Tonight, I tried to schedule again, but when I click the "check in online" button, it does not direct me to a new page. So, I called the store, explained my issue, and she told me it is about a 40 minute wait. I asked if she could register me online, and she said she could not do that over the phone. I said, so if I come over I have to eatiehr waste 40 minutes of my time, or come over in 40 minutes and hope that I get in before you all close. I was told there was nothing she could do. Well, I can do something about it for sure-take my business elsewhere!

Horrible service, Innaccurate wait list, slow poor quality haircuts. Don’t waste your time here. I’d advise going to a different location.
